Payment:
We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercared).
Please make your payment within 5 days of your purchase. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
If we are working on a custom order for you, we will not begin the design process until payment is received.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us. Non-custom orders can be cancelled up until the point of shipment. Custom orders can only be cancelled before the design process begins.
Shipping:
Your package will be shipped the following business day, after payment is received. Please keep this in mind if paying by check, as your package will not be shipped until your check has been received and clears our bank.
USPS First Class shipping is our default method of shipment. However, our larger and heavier items do ship expedited, 2–3 day Priority Mail. A tracking number, with delivery confirmation, will be included.
Would you like your item(s) faster? Just contact us, and we’ll shoot you the rates.
If you live outside the United States, shipping may take anywhere from 2–4 weeks for delivery, and this is, unfortunately, beyond my control. If you’d like to upgrade shipping to priority, 6–10 business days internationally, please contact us for the rate.
Refund
If you receive an item, and it has been damaged in shipment, please let us know so that the issue can be handled appropriately.
For non-custom orders, a refund can be made, up until the point of shipment. For custom orders, a refund can be made, up until design of your item commences.
Each item we create is unique, please keep this in mind. Each board contains different grain patterns, and the stain *if used* can absorb more/less than the items pictured in my listings. If you are completely dissatisfied with the item when you receive it, please contact us. Each situation is different, but we’re sure that we can find a solution.
We put a lot of time, effort, love and sweat into these pieces, and it’s important to us that our customers are happy customers. :)
