Pay­ment:

We accept  Pay­Pal and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercared).

Please make your pay­ment within 5 days of your pur­chase. Items will not be shipped until pay­ment is received.

If we are work­ing on a cus­tom order for you, we will not begin the design process until pay­ment is received.

Texas res­i­dents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

If you’d like to can­cel an order, please con­tact us. Non-custom orders can be can­celled up until the point of ship­ment. Cus­tom orders can only be can­celled before the design process begins.

 

Ship­ping:

Your pack­age will be shipped the fol­low­ing busi­ness day, after pay­ment is received. Please keep this in mind if pay­ing by check, as your pack­age will not be shipped until your check has been received and clears our bank.

USPS First Class ship­ping is our default method of ship­ment. How­ever, our larger and heav­ier items do ship expe­dited, 2–3 day Pri­or­ity Mail. A track­ing num­ber, with deliv­ery con­fir­ma­tion, will be included.

Would you like your item(s) faster? Just con­tact us, and we’ll shoot you the rates.

If you live out­side the United States, ship­ping may take any­where from 2–4 weeks for deliv­ery, and this is, unfor­tu­nately, beyond my con­trol. If you’d like to upgrade ship­ping to pri­or­ity, 6–10 busi­ness days inter­na­tion­ally, please con­tact us for the rate.

 

Refund

If you receive an item, and it has been dam­aged in ship­ment, please let us know so that the issue can be han­dled appropriately.

For non-custom orders, a refund can be made, up until the point of ship­ment. For cus­tom orders, a refund can be made, up until design of your item commences.

Each item we cre­ate is unique, please keep this in mind. Each board con­tains dif­fer­ent grain pat­terns, and the stain *if used* can absorb more/less than the items pic­tured in my list­ings. If you are com­pletely dis­sat­is­fied with the item when you receive it, please con­tact us. Each sit­u­a­tion is dif­fer­ent, but we’re sure that we can find a solution.

We put a lot of time, effort, love and sweat into these pieces, and it’s impor­tant to us that our cus­tomers are happy customers. :)
